Joseph Regalado, Esq

Joe was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida. Early on in his childhood, Joe learned the values of hard work, discipline, and the ability to fix any problem through preparation and having the right tools.

His father, a Cuban immigrant, taught him the importance of standing up against injustice and fighting for those who could not defend themselves. As a child, Joe hated bullies and would always stand up for those being picked on.

Now, instead of the playground, Joe uses that same passion in the courtroom.

After several years of defending insurance companies and corporate defendants, Joe has honed his skills and developed the right tools to effectively and aggressively advocate for those who have been injured by the negligence of others.

Joe manages the Gainesville office and represents clients throughout Florida.

When he is not advocating for his clients, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and dog, Levi, and cheering on his beloved Florida Gators.
